Every princess knows how important appropriate accessories are to their wardrobe.
Unfortunately, typical accessories don’t mix particularly well with infants. Necklaces, bracelets, and broaches wouldn’t do good things for Piper, I’m sure.
So, she decided that she needed to start practicing her own form of accessorizing in a baby-friendly way. Her solution?
We (finally) ordered Piper her first real big-kid Babylegs. I’m so excited! They’re still too big; she has to wear her little bunny shoes to keep them on her feet, and after a while, they fall off her thighs. But it didn’t seem to bother her any!
And, if I do say so myself-- man, oh man, are they (she) cu-u-u-te!
(Notice that these are super cute fuzzy kind. For anyone who’s interested- the fuzzy ones on www.babylegs.com are buy-one-get-one-free if you enter the code “supersoft” at checkout. It actually worked! Oh how I love coupons!)
SUPER cute! Such a sweet little Rainbow Brite...
ReplyDeleteAlso, for future accessorizing...for whatever reason the supersoft baby legs are MUCH longer and looser than the other version. I didn't learn that until I ordered both kinds for Jace's hospital stay. I loved the softies, but I couldn't get them to stay on at ALL. So if she decides she likes 'em, you might try the less soft ones for a better fit...but I can't think of a better reason to keep those sweetie bunnies on her feets. Too, too adorable.
I am just amazed that she stands so well!! She's adorable!
