Oh dear…

Animal…the resemblance is frightening…

For all you moms out there with musically inclined enthusiastic kids, check out the toy aisle at Costco- a big drum (that’s nice), two maracas, a tamborine, two bell arm bands, claves, and a scraper for $20.  Piper loves it, obviously.

P1070457 Drum sticks are for wusses…

P1070445The scraper is good for those fine motor skills- making one hand do one thing in cooperation with the other hand, which is doing something completely different.  It’s a work in progress…

The house has gotten slightly more… musical… than it was last week…  I’m not sure just yet if that’s a good thing or a bad thing…

  2. Oh that is a super good thing, we LOVE to make music around here. We just acquired a piano and Alayna is having a great time "playing" it but, don't tell her brother he left strict instructions that it isn't to be played while he is at school. HAHAHA!

  3. Looooooooove it. Just when I thought I couldn't be a bigger Muppet fan...

She's obviously a natural. Does she need a back up dancer? LC can provide her own glitzy wardrobe.

  4. I picked this set up today! Jack is only 9 months old, but you know how it is at Costco...buy it when you see it or it won't be there when you want it. So far Jack loves the tambourine and the bells. Tomorrow we'll try out the drum!
