It has been cold here the last few weeks. Piper's been anxiously awaiting her first wagon ride, but it just hasn't been warm enough (or dry enough) to get out. We're supposed to get another good storm tomorrow, so I couldn't resist the blue skies outdoors this afternoon. It was actually pretty warm, just a little breezy. So, I bundled Piper up and we went on a walk!
I'm fairly certain she was actually saying "Brrrrrrr" here....
All the snow sure made the park look pretty!
It was definitely more fun to go on a walk this way that it is in the stroller! And we got lots of "looks" and waves from the neighbors-- I think they all approved, too!
But the (almost) best part? I have a completely exhausted baby sleeping.
Wa. Hoo.
You should have shared that she was perched in her faithful Bumbo! It sure looks like you had a great time! Love you, Nana :)
ReplyDeleteShe is so beautiful! I'll admit that I have checked on her a few times, but just hadn't added her to my list of "kids"! I can't wait to hear more about her. Our Aubrey was/is tiny too. Big things happened at 5lbs for her and at 10lbs, so we are eager to hit the 15lb and see if she will crawl! We've never done the wagon thing, so might give it a go one of these days. Her jacket is so cute! Were'd you get it?
ReplyDeleteOh I love the wagon!! She looks adorable!
ReplyDeleteThat first close up picture of her needs to be in a magazine! Gorgeous!!!
